We’re looking for a skilled Senior/Technical Paraplanner to join a leading wealth management firm in Leeds. This hybrid role offers the chance to work remotely with regular access to a modern office while supporting complex financial planning cases for high-net-worth clients.
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – remote & office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
What You’ll Do
*Conduct advanced financial analysis: cashflow modelling, pension planning, estate and tax planning, and investment research.
*Handle complex client scenarios including trusts, inheritance tax, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
*Produce accurate, compliant technical reports tailored to clients.
*Mentor and develop junior paraplanners, sharing your technical expertise.
*Collaborate with advisers and external providers to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
*Stay up to date with regulations and market trends, driving improvements across the team.
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 2 years’ experience as a paraplanner in financial planning or wealth management.
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent); Chartered status or working towards it is a plus.
*Strong experience with complex client cases, pensions, tax planning, and estate strategies.
*Ability to mentor and lead other paraplanners.
*Excellent analytical, communication, and compliance skills.
