Job Description:
KT & Coe Recruit are representing a respected and fast-growing business in Diss looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service Professional If you’re customer-focused, organised, and ready to make an impact in the motor claims industry, this opportunity is for you.
About the Role As part of the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) / Pending team, you’ll be the initial point of contact for individuals and partners involved in road traffic accidents, including:
* Insurance brokers
* Solicitors
* Accident management companies
* Private individuals
Key Responsibilities: * Taking new claim instructions and providing updates to clients
* Selling accident management services in a professional and persuasive way
* Organising delivery of hire vehicles
* Liaising with insurers, garages, and other stakeholders
* Managing case files using the company’s case management system
* Assisting other departments when needed
* Supporting the management team with administrative tasks
