Customer Support Engineer
Job Description
*Maintaining positive customer relationships ensuring they are supported during breakdowns and providing professional telephone support for both internal, external and PLC related topics
*Managing the hotline ticket systems for IT, facilities and controls
*Ensuring accurate documentation is added to the system from calls had with customers
*Attending sites during support office ours to support project works and training
*Troubleshooting PLC problems with end customers
Customer Support Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Must be able to troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens TIA / Step 7 is advantageous)
*Flexibility to travel when required
*Strong customer service/support experience within a technical environment
*Automation or Material handling background is advantageous
