We’re currently partnering with a reputable and long-standing business based in Hereford to recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months, with the potential for the role to be extended or become permanent.
Our client is seeking a motivated and adaptable finance professional who can step into the role with confidence and make an immediate impact.
You’ll be supporting the wider finance team during a particularly busy period, so previous experience in a similar role is essential.
*Preparing and issuing sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
*Allocating incoming customer payments and maintaining up-to-date records
*Assisting the wider finance team with various ad hoc tasks as needed
*Providing support with weekly cash flow reporting and analysis when required
*Assisting in the preparation and processing of regular payment runs
