Job Description:
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal looking to make a real impact in a fast-growing, purpose-driven business? We’re partnering exclusively with a dynamic renewable energy company that’s expanding its in-house legal team—and this could be your next big move!
Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid, with occasional London travel)
Experience: 2+ years in corporate or property law
What You’ll Do
*Support M&A, finance transactions, and property acquisitions
*Conduct legal title assessments and produce full title reports
*Draft and negotiate contracts (NDAs, option agreements, easements, licences, etc.)
*Prepare board minutes, approval requests, and Companies House filings
*Manage legal registers, data rooms, and internal systems (e.g., SharePoint)
*Review and appraise risks in major project contracts
*Provide legal research and general administrative support
What We’re Looking For
*2+ years’ paralegal experience (corporate or property law)
*Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
*Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
