The Role:
As a key member of the technical team, you’ll work closely with experienced Financial Planners, providing high-quality, tailored support. You’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding client outcomes through research, cashflow modelling, and detailed report writing.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing clear, compliant, and bespoke suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
*Supporting advisers with technical analysis, product and fund research
*Conducting cashflow modelling and scenario analysis
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
*Building strong relationships with advisers, clients, and providers
What We’re Looking For:
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it)
*Proven paraplanning experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
*Strong technical knowledge, especially across pensions, investments & tax-efficient planning
*High attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
*Confident using back-office systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Voyant, iO, Selectapension)
