Senior Demand & Supply Planner
£50,000 basic plus 5% Bonus.
Your key responsibilities will be:
*Develop and oversee the execution of monthly demand forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
*Review planning 0-12 months horizon to ensure optimal product supply for portfolios, balancing inventory levels with customer demand.
*Prepare and drive the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP), ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective decision-making at all levels of the organization.
*Proactively identify future supply constraints and develop options to mitigate
*Select transportation routes to maximise economy by combining shipments
*Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support an efficient supply chain and demand process
*Actively manage together with other involved functions phase-in and phase-out of products
*Lead and execute projects successfully

Essential
*Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Forecasting
*Educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience in supply chain)
*Successfully led projects and initiatives working within both commercial and supply chain
*Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
