About the Role:
A dynamic new automotive brand is expanding across the UK, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Dealer Training Specialist to support and elevate sales performance across the national dealer network. This is a field-based role with a strong focus on delivering impactful training that drives customer satisfaction and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging induction and ongoing training to new and existing dealerships
*Facilitate face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions as part of the sales accreditation pathway
*Support new product launches with tailored training content and events
*Collaborate on the creation of eLearning and classroom materials
*Provide on-site coaching focused on sales process, customer experience, and CSI improvement
*Design and deliver bespoke training to support evolving business needs
*Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify underperforming sites and implement targeted interventions
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in automotive sales training (OEM or retail side)
*Strong understanding of dealership operations and customer satisfaction metrics
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Confident using digital learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate)
*Ability to travel extensively across the UK (3-4 days per week)
*Full UK driving licence
