Location: Flexible / Field-Based
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + 15% Bonus + Car Scheme + Benefits

About the Role:
A cutting-edge automotive brand is entering the UK market, and we’re seeking a strategic and driven Dealer Network Manager to lead the creation and expansion of its national dealer footprint. This is a rare opportunity to shape a dealer network from the ground up, forge long-term partnerships, and play a pivotal role in launching a disruptive new player in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute a UK-wide dealer network strategy, including location planning and partner selection
*Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing dealers aligned with brand values
*Define and monitor dealer KPIs, driving performance and growth
*Manage dealer contracts, compliance, and onboarding processes
*Build strong relationships with dealer principals and internal stakeholders
*Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform network strategy
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in dealer network development or automotive retail operations
*Strong understanding of dealer business models and performance metrics
*Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
*Data-driven decision-making and analytical proficiency
