Job Description:
IT Support Engineer (1st to 3rd line)
London based
The candidate will provide these services to the end customer:
*End-user device support (Windows/Mac desktops/laptops)
*Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
*Network patching and basic networking fixes
*Software installation and basic troubleshooting
*New user setup, movers and leaver offboarding
*Asset Management
*Ticket triage and escalation
*1st and 2nd line support
Candidates will need to have:
*Strong field experience
*Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo PSA, Autotask, Service Now etc).
*Familiarity with RMM tools like (Datto RMM, Ninja RMM etc)
*Has strong communication skills
*Work well under pressure
