We are working with well-established advisory firm that is seeking a Probate & Wills Executive or Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful client matters, contribute to a collaborative culture, and develop your career with ongoing support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Managing client instructions across email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
*Drafting complex IHT returns, Wills, and LPAs
*Reviewing probate applications and associated documentation
*Liaising with clients and financial institutions
*Supporting regulatory reviews and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in Probate, Wills, and Private Client work
*Strong communication skills and client empathy
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; training provided for in-house systems
*A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a valid driving licence
