*Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
*Preparing SDLT forms and handling other property-related transactions.
*Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progress of cases.
*Supporting and collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals.
*You will have:
*Minimum 2 years PQE, with significant expertise in residential or commercial property law.
*Must have a proven track record in managing residential and/or commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
*Experience in handling complex client matters and providing clear legal advice.
