Role: Technical Estimator/Administrator
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Benefits (23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, life assurance, bonus, share scheme)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am till 4:30pm. This is an office-based, not a hybrid role.
Location: Commutable from Mansfield, Nuthall, Matlock, Little Eaton, Derby and Nottingham and surrounding areas

We are on the hunt for a hands-on Technical Estimator/ Technical Administrator to be at the centre of exciting construction projects, working with architects, builders, designers, and the production factory team to turn designs into reality. This isn’t just quoting numbers, it is seeing projects come to life and making them happen, from start to finish.
Due to the current Technical Estimator moving overseas, we are seeking a technically proficient individual to join our team. The ideal candidate could have experience in fabrication, design engineering or even hands-on-trade work that is looking to move into an office based role. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer interaction, design capabilities. You would require you to carry out estimations as well as using CAD to create engineering drawings.
Key responsibilities
*Speak confidently with customers, from site builders, property developers to architects delivering exceptional customer service
*Read and understand technical/structural drawings, you will use CAD to create your own drawings, (further training will be given)
*Create accurate quotes and estimation sheets in Excel. Intermediate excel skills needed.
*Contributing to a dynamic Technical Sales and Customer Service team, you will be hands on to answer any questions and support the production team in the factory.
*SAP knowledge an advantage, you will be IT literate, with the ability to grow your technical skills.
