Position: Occupational Health Manager Clinical Lead
Location: Barrow in Furness Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (On-site)
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality occupational health services. Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical competency reviews, leading wellbeing initiatives, and helping to coordinate programs that promote employee health and safety.
What We’re Looking For:
*A registered nurse with a valid NMC pin
*Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a clinical team
*A proactive approach to wellbeing and health promotion
