Finance Business Partner
Permanent
Based in Hailsham (hybrid with 3 days in the office – you must be a car driver due to the location)
£70,000 - £75,000 per annum plus 10% bonus
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a consistently growing, private equity backed business in the Hailsham area on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, your role will be focusing on providing insight into operational performance and to drive commercial benefits, along with delivering systemisation and process efficiencies. You will be joining a business that can offer progression and development alongside a dynamic and friendly finance team.
Your duties will include:
*Lead the budgeting and reforecasting process for associated areas
*Monthly KPI and Gross Margin control and commentaries
*Explore utilising software to optimize process efficiency, whilst reducing the dependency on ExcelPartner with Operational leadership team to help Ops optimise, deliver and prove results
*Add to and improve existing KPIs to help drive and control operational performance, whilst providing new insights
*Utilise software such as Prophix, SPSS and PowerBi to help deliver further analytics insight, reporting, and drive efficiency to the commercial benefit of the business
*Supporting management as required in integrating newly acquired businesses
*Ad-hoc analysis to support Commercial decision making and feed into companywide tracking
Key requirements:
*You will need to be at least ACA, ACCA or CIMA finalist and will need to be able to demonstrate strong experience in financial modelling and data analysis
*An enthusiastic, self-starter and driven candidate with a desire for a challenging but progressive finance career
*Experience in working with big data to drive commercial value and analytical insight is essential
*Knowledge of FP&A software and financial modelling
*Extremely strong analytical and excel skills are required, as this role will be very analytically focused
