Part time Assistant Accountant
6 months fixed term contract to permanent
Based in Reigate (hybrid 1 to 2 days in the office with parking)
25 hours per week
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum pro rata

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Part Time Assistant Accountant to join an established business in the Redhill area on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
Your duties will include:
*Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data held on the general ledger system
*Enter AP Bills on Accounting system
*Apply Customer Payments
*Vendor Payment Processing
*Maintain Vendor and Customer Cards
*Cash Collection
*Maintain Tax compliance supporting documents
*Entering monthly accounts journals, including preparation of some journals, and uploading of others supplied by Finance team members
*Assist with updating the general ledger
Key requirements:
*Experience working within a finance team in a similar role
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure
*Excellent team working skills
