In this key role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and delivering exceptional service to meet their insurance needs.


The Account Handler Responsibilities:
*Collaborating with Account Executives to provide timely and accurate quotes, adjustments, and renewals.
*Ensuring client records and financial transactions are maintained accurately and promptly.
*Building and nurturing strong client relationships, providing tailored advice to ensure retention and growth.
*Reviewing and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional cover or close gaps in existing policies.
*Working with insurers to ensure competitive terms and ensure seamless policy placement.
*Responding efficiently to mid-term changes and providing claims support where necessary.
