Diamond Search Recruitment are looking for a proactive Sales Support Graduate to work with a well-established, family-run business based in Kent, who supply high-quality products and services across the UK and internationally.
The Role:
This role would suit a graduate who has attention to detail. You will play a key part in our Sales Desk, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and supporting our Area Managers. You’ll also help manage product specifications and stock coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling customer enquiries, creating quotes, and processing sales orders
*Organising deliveries across the UK and arranging product samples
*Advising clients on product specifications and environmental factors
*Liaising with Area Managers and Purchasing to coordinate stock and pricing
*Checking stock levels and suggesting complementary products
*Sourcing products for customer projects
*Processing supplier orders and managing project registrations
*Coordinating inbound goods and updating pricing information
*Maintaining supplier documentation and responding to internal queries
*Managing the Vendor Library and sourcing alternative products


Requirements:
*Degree level education (or equivalent experience)
*Excellent attention to detail — able to spot errors and inconsistencies
