Senior Data Analyst - Dating App Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-growing dating product team. In this role, you’ll drive insights that directly shape product strategy, user experience, and feature development.
Key Responsibilities * Own analysis of key dating funnel metrics (sign-ups, matches, retention, conversions).
* Build dashboards to track engagement and performance across markets.
* Design and analyse A/B tests to validate new product features.
* Provide clear insights that influence product, marketing, and leadership decisions.
Ideal Candidate * 8+ years’ experience in data analytics, ideally in consumer apps or online platforms.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
* Experience working with subscription, engagement, or conversion funnel data.
* Strong communicator, able to present complex findings in simple, actionable ways.
