Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join the residential property team on a fully remote basis. This senior-level position offers autonomy over a caseload of quality conveyancing matters, supported by dedicated admin staff to allow you to focus on technical work and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters: enjoy independence with administrative support
*Handle freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity matters: broaden your scope
*Draft and review legal documentation: maintain accuracy and compliance
*Liaise with clients, agents, and lenders: build strong professional relationships
*Supervise junior staff and contribute to team development where required: share knowledge and expertise
*Ensure all cases meet compliance, regulatory, and firm standards
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced Fee Earner
*Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently from start to finish
*Strong technical knowledge and client service skills
*Comfortable working remotely with case management systems
*Collaborative approach with focus on quality and efficiency
