Student Behaviour /Inclusion & Pastoral Support -Secondary School
Location: E1 (London Borough of Tower Hamlets)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Working Hours: 08:30–16:30 (1-hour break)
Pay Rate: £15-17.52 per hour (PAYE)
Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension)
This is a unique chance to be part of a school from its early stages, helping shape its culture and impact. The role is ideal for someone experienced in working 1:1 and in small groups with students, particularly in Year 7 and Year 8, focusing on:
*Behaviour and pastoral support
*Emotional resilience and well-being
*Promoting inclusive practices
*Supporting neurodiverse students and those with additional needs
You’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Executive Support, and HR Officer, with interviews available as early as tomorrow.
