Pay: £12.60 PH Starting Salary
Shifts: Long Days, Nights, Waking Nights
MIN 6 Months experience in social care in the uk ( essential)

We are seeking experienced Support Workers in Burnley to join Precedo Healthcare on an Agency basis, providing care and support within an award residential supporting adults with high level needs.
Our support workers will be working in a specially designed home and will be supporting residents with diverse and complex need, on a 24/7 basis, due to the challenges and complex needs the clients range from 1:1 care up to 3:1 care, we do therefore require support workers to have experience in similar challenging environments.
The properties consist of 5 recently refurbished houses each property has a separate, lockable kitchen area in addition to a lounge, dining area, 3 bedrooms and a private outdoor space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Providing high-quality, person-centred care- with possible challenging situations
*Supporting with daily tasks, medication, and routines
*Engaging in a wide range of activities
*Collaborating with residents to shape their own routines and goals
Requirements:
*Minimum 6 months UK care experience as a support worker (essential)
*Enhanced DBS required or willing to apply
*Comfortable with a high staff-to-resident support ratio (3:2:1 to 1:2:1)
