About the Role
We are currently seeking an Analytical Laboratory Technician to join a leading laboratory team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who is looking to further develop their expertise in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*As an Analytical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing laboratory testing and analysis using advanced analytical equipment.
*Develop and validate analytical methods while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
*Write and review SOPs, maintain accurate laboratory documentation, and support audits.
*Provide technical guidance to colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across the lab.
*Ensure all practices meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Proven experience working as an Analytical Laboratory Technician or in a similar laboratory role.
*Strong background in analytical method development and validation.
*Knowledge of SOP writing and laboratory quality systems.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a laboratory team.

Shift and Benefits:
*Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
*Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
*Competitive pay at £15.21 per hour
