Office Manager
Annual Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Location: Colchester, Essex
Job Type: Full-time (Part-time/flexible working considered)
Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client in Colchester seeking an Office Manager on a full time or part time basis.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage front desk operations, including handling telephone calls, transferring or taking messages as appropriate.
*Monitor and manage the general office inbox, forwarding emails to the relevant person as required.
*Handle typing, scanning, printing, and posting a variety of letters, accounts, and other associated documents.
*Input and format data in Excel spreadsheets.
*Schedule appointments, manage the office diary, greet clients, and offer refreshments during meetings.
*Communicate with general office suppliers regarding supplies and invoices.
*Maintain office records and client files, updating know your client (KYC), anti-money laundering, and due diligence documents.
*Support daily office functions and undertake any ad hoc admin tasks as requested by the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to multitask and maintain organisation in a dynamic environment.
*IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
*GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics & English (grade 9-4 (A*-C)).
*Previous experience with IRIS Accountancy Suite, Quickbooks, Xero, or any other online bookkeeping/practice management software is considered a plus.
