Job Description:
SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established international business seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the finance operations of a key division. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a senior role with responsibility for leading a small team, strengthening processes, and providing commercial insight to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance across reporting.
Oversee month-end, management accounts, budgets, and forecasting.
Manage cash flow, reconciliations, billing, and VAT returns.
Drive improvements in financial processes and controls.
Provide analysis and insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
3+ years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role.
Strong reporting, planning, and analysis skills.
Proven experience managing people and improving processes.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
This role is office based initially with hybrid working following successful probation period. In addition to salary you will be given access to a range of market leading benefits such as health and dental, bonus and share scheme.
