Role Overview
As an Accident Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient handling of vehicle incidents, liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely resolution process. You will maintain accurate records, manage claims data, and support the team in delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
*Accurately record and manage vehicle accident details and insurance claims.
*Liaise with drivers, insurers, repairers, and third parties to coordinate repair authorisations and updates.
*Ensure all administrative documentation is maintained and updated in line with internal procedures.
*Monitor repair progress and proactively follow up on outstanding claims or documents.
*Provide exceptional customer service to Arval drivers, keeping them informed throughout the claims process.
*Assist with invoicing, cost recovery, and reporting tasks related to accident cases.
*Ensure all records comply with GDPR and internal data standards.
Key Skills and Experience
*Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
*Able to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
