Audit Assistant Manager – Cheltenham
Salary: £40,000 - £54,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone looking to take on more responsibility, develop their leadership skills, and gain exposure to a varied client base while working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Leading and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
*Supervising, supporting, and reviewing the work of junior staff
*Liaising directly with clients, maintaining strong relationships
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
*Identifying opportunities to add value and support clients’ business objectives
Skills & Experience:
*ACA/ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
*Minimum of four years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Proactive and professional approach with a focus on client service
