As a Secure Logistics Driver, you’ll carry out collections and deliveries in line with operating procedures, ensuring all goods are packed, secured, and documented correctly. You’ll operate a 3.5t vehicle, liaise with clients and security partners, and use handheld devices to track shipments. Full on-the-job training is provided.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out secure collections and deliveries according to procedures
*Pack, secure, and document all goods accurately
*Operate a 3.5t vehicle and perform daily vehicle checks
*Track and record movements using handheld devices
*Maintain a professional appearance and deliver high standards of customer service
*Follow all company security and health & safety procedures
*Report any issues or incidents promptly to your manager
RequirementsEssential:
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong communication skills, verbal and written
*Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines
*Basic IT/smartphone proficiency
*Team player with a professional appearance
Desirable:
*Experience transporting valuable goods
*Experience driving 3.5t vehicles
*Knowledge of Central London and local area
