A highly respected, independent estate agency with a strong presence in East London is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a thriving residential portfolio and help shape the future of their property management division.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Essex
*Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Leading and mentoring a small team of Property Managers
*Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
*Overseeing tenancy renewals, maintenance issues, and contractor relationships
*Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations


What You’ll Bring:
*Strong working knowledge of ASTs, deposit legislation, and compliance requirements
*Experience leading or mentoring team members
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
