This role is suitable for people commuting from Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Blackpool, Layton, Hambleton and South Shore.
Sales Retention Advisor Salary: £24,500-£26,000
Sales Retention Advisor hours: 35 hours between 8am and 5:30pm Monday- Friday

Sales Retention Advisor roles and responsibilities:
*Maintaining repeat business and supporting the operations team.
*Servicing the clients’ requirements in the most efficient & effective way
*tailor making proposals reflecting the requirements of the group
*Attending client visits to improve customer relations.
*generating accurate service costing’s,
*Coaching and supporting your team
*Contribution to identifying improvements to work organization and procedures etc.


Sales Retention Advisor Key competencies:
- Exceptional customer service.
-Competent in the Microsoft package
- Problem Solving.
-Ability to work under own initiative.
- IT Proficient.
-Strong time management skills.
