Job Description:
Are you an experienced People Development Officer who would like to work in a fast-paced environment, working with like-minded professionals?

My client is a well-established college based in Longbridge who employ over 1000 staff. . They are now looking for an experienced People Development Officer to join their established People Operations team.
My client will also require an enhanced DBS check, which can be completed following your interview. They will ideally need someone with a CIPD Level 3 qualification but this isn’t essential.
As an experienced HR Administrator your duties will involve:
*You will be the first point of contact for all HR operation related enquiries providing first level advice and support to managers, employees and external enquiries.
*Carry out compliance, pre-employment and vetting checks whilst adhering to the "safer recruitment" and "keeping children safe in education" process.
*Ensuring the SCR is updated on a regular basis and verifying documents for Non-UK nationals, and ensuring employee records are kept up to date.
*Assist the Team Leader of Talent and Operations with recruitment advertising, recruitment packs, Recruitment Fairs and schedules.
*Dealing with offer letters, contracts and onboarding paperwork.
*Assisting the people services employee relations team as and when required.
