Data Analyst (Digital & Marketing Focus)
London - Hybrid (2 days in office, Tues & Thurs - Elephant & Castle)

Our client is a specialist digital and marketing analytics consultancy, established in 2016 and now recognised as a trusted partner for major asset managers and digital-first businesses. They help clients transform complex data into actionable insights that improve sales performance and optimise marketing ROI.

The Role They are seeking a mid-level Data Analyst with strong technical skills and commercial awareness. This is a client-facing position where you’ll be responsible not just for the numbers, but for turning data into clear, strategic recommendations.
You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to high-profile clients, and take on varied projects across digital and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities * Extract, join, and transform datasets from multiple platforms (SQL, GA, marketing tools).
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Tableau or equivalent).
* Apply statistical methods across attribution, MMM, LTV, churn, propensity and clustering models.
* Present insights and recommendations confidently to clients via Zoom and face-to-face.
* Support client strategy by identifying opportunities to optimise spend and improve ROI.
Candidate Profile * 2-4 years’ experience in analytics (digital, marketing or consultancy background desirable).
* Strong SQL and Python skills, with a good grounding in statistics.
* Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
* Hands-on dashboarding experience (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar).
* Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* 2:1 degree or above in a STEM or Social Sciences subject (or equivalent experience).
Package & Benefits * Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience).
* Hybrid working - 2 days in the office (Tues & Thurs, Elephant & Castle).
