Job Description:
Our client, a progressive and growing independent Mortgage Broking firm, is looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Broker to join the team.
You will be provided with around 30 potential client appointments each month, all pre-booked into your diary for you. Clients tend to be employed, and it is expected that the average loan size will be circa £400,000. Your meetings will be a mixture of face to face at the clients’ London offices, and Teams. They will be booked to take place over two or three days each month.
The role can be employed (basic salary of up to £35,000 plus bonuses) or self employed. Once properly up and running, you can expect to earn a total upward of £70K pa which should continue to increase in time.
You will be working from home, but need to be able to go to Central London on a regular basis for client meetings, hence a London or Home Counties base is preferred.
To be considered, you must have the full CeMAP qualification and, ideally, R05. You must also be CAS and have had at least 2 years’ recent experience in a Mortgage and Protection Broking role.
