Job Description:
Solicitor
*Are you a qualified Solicitor looking for either part time work or are you looking to boost your income.
*You will work for 2 days per week from either 9.00am to 5.00pm or 6.00pm however, there is some flexibility.
*We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor with a strong background in dealing with sales tax, lease reviews, and deed of covenant certificates.
*You will respond to Solicitor queries on sales and raise relevant enquiries so we are looking for a Solicitor who is legally qualified with a legal mindset.
*99% of this will relate to our clients Block Management portfolio.
*Initially you would be based in Grays but this could then lead to a hybrid role with the potential option of more days moving forwards.
*You will need to be very computer literate and strong IT skills and be able to use Excel spreadsheets.

*Bachelor’s degree in Law or relevant field.
*Admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice.
*Extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with sales tax, lease reviews, and deed of covenant certificates.
*Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
*Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
*Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.

*Provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding sales tax, lease reviews, and deed of covenant certificates.
*Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations.
*Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds.
*Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
*Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to sales tax, lease reviews, and deed of covenant certificates.
*Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
