About the RoleAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for connecting top talent with leading firms across the finance industry – from investment banks to global consultancies. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates alike while working towards clear, achievable targets.
Key Responsibilities*Building strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
*Sourcing and headhunting top candidates across the finance sector
*Conducting interviews and preparing candidates for success
*Winning new business opportunities through calls, networking and meetings
*Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement
What We’re Looking For*Graduate with a 2:2 or above (all degree subjects considered)
*Competitive, resilient and motivated by success
*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Organised, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
*Background in sport, sales, or another performance-driven environment desirable
*Commercial or sales experience (6+ months) a bonus, but not essential
