Job Title: Smart Interventions Scheduler
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Pay Rate: £17.05 per hour
Location: Polegate, East Sussex
First Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting our client in their search for a Smart Interventions Scheduler based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company on a 1-year temporary basis.
The position:
*Working within a team of schedulers.
*Managing the end-to-end administrative process, ensuring work is programmed and updated accurately.
*Communicating with Customers, Suppliers, Craft Teams and Engineers.
*Utilising daily reports to ensure work is appropriately prioritised.
*Working with SAP, CRM, PM, MRS, PowerOn, Netplan and other IT Systems.
*Providing reports as and when required.
*Building strong relationships with teams across the business.
*Safe and effective scheduling of all direct and contractor field resources.
*Exceeding SLA targets.
Experience and Qualifications:
*Good level PC skills is essential, experience of SAP, PoweOn and Netmap is advantageous.
*Good customer facing skills with the ability to manage and resolve customer issues and queries.
*Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a highly focused team.
*Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
*H&S awareness.
*Letter writing skills.
