We are seeking a confident and proactive Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, excels in a customer-facing environment, and has a strong understanding of the local property market.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Market and showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.
*Support both the sales and lettings teams across various branches.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and applicants.
*Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion.
*Keep clients well-informed and ensure they receive outstanding service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in residential sales or lettings.
*Strong local knowledge of the Essex and Suffolk property markets.
*Possession of a full UK driving licence – frequent travel is required.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
*A can-do attitude and a professional, reliable approach.
