A new commercial division is launching in Wakefield, and this is your opportunity to be part of it. This independently owned consultancy is building out its business support recruitment capability, and they’re looking for a consultant who’s ready to take the lead.
You’ll be joining a business with ambition, which is well-funded, agile, and committed to expanding its footprint across the region. The desk is yours to shape with no postcode restrictions or rigid KPIs, just the freedom to build meaningful partnerships and deliver results.

The role
• Engage with clients to understand their commercial hiring needs.
• Source and place professionals across the spectrum—from advisor to director.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture long-term relationships.
• Operate independently, with the support of a close-knit leadership team.


What You Bring
• A solid track record in recruitment with sector experience preferred.
• Strong billing history and a proactive approach to business development.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and growing accounts.
• Professionalism, resilience, and a genuine interest in people and culture.
