Our client is a leading homewares company, supplying UK retailers. They now have an excellent opportunity for an Junior Brand Manager to join the hugely successful marketing team based in South Manchester.


Where does this role fit in?


*A key role in our clients dynamic marketing team, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager to deliver key marketing projects on licensed and owned brand portfolio. With 3-5 years experience you will be a self-starter ready to take the next step in your career – a great role for an experienced ABM looking to move up.
*Working closely with product, design, sales and e-com teams, you will be leading the development of best in class marketing assets for existing products and NPD across your categories and providing effective customer marketing support across the online and retail customer base.
*With a passion for product and innate consumer insight, you will be leading projects across key elements of the product marketing mix, including artwork, photoshoots, copywriting, and retailer NPD concept creation.
*Our client’s online business is growing at pace, and they need to continually stay ahead of what best in class online product listings look like. This role will be crucial in effectively briefing and managing photo shoots and image optimisations to deliver page-stopping results that showcase the product experience and connect emotionally with consumers.


What will you need?
*A real passion for product and experience of the home category (or similar) that will shine through all elements of marketing execution.
*An instinctive creative eye, with experience in briefing and evaluating artwork / creative that grabs shoppers with impact across the path to purchase.
*Ability to generate compelling and engaging copy, with a clear features and benefits hierarchy, and in line with brand guidelines / tone of voice.
*Experience of developing attention-grabbing assets for online sales on marketplaces such as Amazon, Very, and Argos.
*A strong commercial mindset, with ability to support sales teams in pitching concepts to sales teams / buyers via impactful sales aids and selling decks.
*Desire to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, you will want to leave your mark and make a difference.
*Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills. Able to prioritise workload across multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met, with an ability to multitask.
*First class communication skills, able to work cross functionally and build key relationships across departments.
*Laser-like attention to detail. You will havea relentless focus on ’right first time’ delivery.
*Driving license – occasional requirement to travel to the other offices.
