CNC Miller – Aerospace Manufacturing

We are seeking a time-served CNC Setter/Operator with experience in 3 & 5 Axis milling, capable of delivering precision and efficiency while upholding strict quality standards.
What you’ll be doing:*Produce accurate, high-quality aerospace components from technical drawings using CNC machines.
*Set, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to tight tolerances.
*Carry out self-inspection using a wide variety of measuring equipment.
*Take ownership of your work, ensuring all components meet required standards.
*Contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing, quality, safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
*Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, safe working environment.
*Work to ISO 50001/14001/45001/9001 standards.
What we’re looking for:*Fully skilled, time-served CNC Setter/Operator (certificates required).
*Experience with 3 & 5 Axis milling machines.
*Aerospace manufacturing background (essential).
*Strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
*Competence with a wide range of measuring equipment.
*Excellent attention to detail, practical skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*Good IT literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
