Salary £26,000-£28,000
Monday – Friday – 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:


- Managing the Lettings process from offer to move in
- Liaising with Tenants & Landlords
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Providing regular updates to all parties involved
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the Lettings process


To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:


- A minimum of a years’ experience as a Lettings Progressor
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
