Audit Director / Responsible Individual (RI) | £90,000–£120,000+ | Oxfordshire

What You’ll Be Doing *Acting as RI across a diverse portfolio of audits
*Providing high-level technical expertise and maintaining compliance with professional standards
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser at board level
*Leading, mentoring, and developing audit managers and seniors to achieve their potential
*Supporting firm growth through networking, client development, and leadership input
What We’re Looking For *ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification audit leadership experience
*Current or working towards RI status essential
*A proven leader who can inspire teams and drive best practice in audit quality
*Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support client growth and identify new opportunities
*Excellent communication skills with credibility at board level
The Package *Salary: £90,000–£120,000+ depending on experience
*Profit share and performance bonus potential
*Generous holiday allowance and enhanced pension scheme
*Hybrid working after probation
*Clear path to Partner level for the right individual
