The Role:
We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Optical Assistant to join a supportive and down-to-earth practice in Surbiton. If you love making people feel welcome and enjoy working in a busy, patient-focused environment, this could be just the role for you.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
*Greeting customers and delivering great service from start to finish
*Carrying out pre-screen tests and supporting the optometrist
*Helping patients choose the right frames and lenses
*Dispensing, fitting, and adjusting glasses
*Teaching contact lens handling
*Assisting with general admin and keeping the practice running smoothly
