Location: Colchester
Salary: £80-£100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (with Half Day Fridays)

The Role: As a SEMH LSA, you’ll be:
* Providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEMH needs

* Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support progress
* Building positive relationships that encourage confidence and resilience
About You: * Caring, patient and resilient personality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience is helpful but not essential - training provided
* Psychology or criminology graduates especially encouraged to apply
