Insight Employment are currently seeking Warehouse Team Leader for a client of ours in Northampton for immediate starts.
Due to the location, you must have you own transport or push bike to get to work. They are located just off the A5 from Towcester to Northampton.

Our client is a fulfilment distribution centre, which provide exceptional end-to-end service to meet the customer’s needs and work with several diverse clients.
The role: -
As a WarehouseTeam Leader you will lead & manager a team of staff in a busy warehouse environment.
Requirement: -
*Must have Warehouse Team Leader experience.
*Be an effective role model demonstrating high levels of performance & professionalism
*Motivate a team to reach & exceed targets
*Support individuals and teams to develop & grow
*Manage workload with minimum supervision
*Have good verbal and written communication skills
*Have good time management skills
*Have an awareness of Health & Safety issues


Hours: -
Sun – Thur - 14:00pm-22:30pm
Salary: -
£15.00 per hour.
