*Accurately valuing properties across a range of price points
*Preparing high-quality property marketing materials

*Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local property market

The Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in a residential estate agency valuing role
*A persuasive and personable approach to winning business
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Well-presented, driven, and commercially aware
*In-depth knowledge of the local property market
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
