The Role:
The Payroll/Accounts assistant will work work closely with the management accountant and Financial Controller ensuring the smooth running of the finance function. They key components of the role include:.
*Process weekly and monthly payrolls across group
*Keep payroll records current and ensure compliance with HMRC.
*Assist with processing Purchase/sales invoicing and across finance function
*Support monthly bank reconciliations and post journal entries to the general ledger.
*Prepare accurate reports for internal teams and auditors on time.
