We are working with a growing chartered accountancy firm in the Brighton area to recruit an experienced part time Accounts Assistant.
This modern, friendly and fast growing accountancy firm based in Brighton, East Sussex, are looking for an experienced Practice Accounts Assistant to join their busy team on a part time basis. If you have a background in professional practice and are now looking for a long term career move in a flexible environment this could be the role for you.
This position will provide plenty of variety, encompassing accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax,VAT and bookkeeping.
You will be joining a small, established and highly skilled team, and will enjoy genuine flexibility and support to develop your skills.
What we’re looking for:
*Recent experience in an accountancy practice/firm of accountants
*You will be confident in preparing UK statutory accounts
*Experience working with cloud based accountancy software
*Hands on attitude, with strong customer focus
*Live within commuting distance of Brighton
The role is part time for around of 20-25 hours per week, with the possibility to increase this over time if you wish.
