Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance
*Lead tax compliance across UK and non-UK jurisdictions
*Oversee filings, payments, and compliance calendars
*Liaise with overseas finance teams and external auditors
Tax Projects
*Support transfer pricing documentation and DAC6 compliance
*Lead Pillar II implementation and related disclosures
*Contribute to restructuring, automation, and process improvement initiatives
WHT/VAT Risk
*Advise on withholding tax queries and treaty benefits
*Deliver training and guidance to reduce WHT/VAT exposure
Global Mobility & PE Risk
*Monitor and enhance PE risk management processes
*Review travel trackers and territory risks
*Advise on tax implications of partner relocations and equalisation calculations
About You
*ACA or equivalent qualification (ideally with a tax specialism)
*Experience in a global, multi-currency partnership environment
*Strong knowledge of international tax, including Pillar II and transfer pricing
*Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior levels
*Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
*Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
