Early Years Assistant - Borehamwood
Early Years Assistant - EYFS - Early Years Practitioner - Nursery Assistant - Salary negotiable - Level 2 - Level 3 - Unqualified
ECM Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a long established childcare on domestic located in Borehamwood.


The setting is currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Assistant. They will consider experienced candidates who are not yet qualified but whom may be open to qualifying.


The setting:
*The setting is open from 7.30 till 6 Monday to Thursday and 5 on a Friday.
*This is an independent, fun, caring and nurturing group which follows the child’s interests to foster their love of learning through play, whilst building a strong sense of independence and creativity among many other lifelong skills and memories.
*Located in Borehamwood
*This setting is run under a childcare on domestic license
*Children age ranges from 9 months to 3 years old
*Was graded as Outstanding by Ofsted in 2022
*The setting is open all year round, and candidates receive holiday to use.


The candidate:
*The joining candidate would preferably hold a Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years. However, they would consider an unqualified candidate with experience in Early Years settings and good command for the Early Years curriculum.
*You must have a passion for working with young children in Early Years and a high regard for safeguarding and know the reforms of the new EYFS
*The ideal candidate will be able to work full time hours, but there might be potential to offer slightly reduced hours.


This role is to begin as soon as possible and the salary is negotiable depending on the qualifications the applicant has (if any) and the level of experience.
